If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items returned must be in their original condition and original packaging. Items returned in their original condition will be refunded by the same payment method used for your order.

Shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the item is found to be faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item can be shipped out to you.

Every photo is printed using the highest-quality museum paper. We use Silver-based Digital C-type print technology which allow capture and preserve the beauty of the photo.

You can choose between Matt or Gloss paper:

The Fuji Crystal archive semi-matt paper is coated with a slightly stippled texture giving it a very natural photographic finish with subtle color. This photo paper is particularly strong at maintaining the detail of natural colors such as skin-tones in portraiture.

Delivery time in the United States is approximately 10 - 15 business days. For international orders, the time is approximately 2 weeks to 5 months depending on the country.
